Why does the AI model not start for Intelligent Person tracking in BVMS v14.0?
Answer
BVMS is using AI model within the BVMS v14.0 Operator Client and compares incoming information about detected persons from cameras nearby to determine whether it's the same person or not.
Software requirements: BVMS 14.0 Setup with AI.
If the AI model does not start and an error is shown when tracking is opened, you have to make sure that your workstation is having sufficient GPU. Update GPU driver to the latest available version. AI model is running on a workstation with BVMS Operator Client installed and requires proper GPU: Nvidia A-Series or T-Series (GPU with CUDA – for NVIDIA it’s Microarchitecture version 7.5 or higher).
