Why does the preset tour on a MIC camera not resume after an Intelligent Tracking event?
Answer
When a MIC camera is configured to run a continuous preset (preposition) tour, the tour is interrupted when Intelligent Tracking is triggered. After the Intelligent Tracking event ends, the camera returns to a fixed preset (Preposition 1) instead of resuming the active tour.
This behavior is caused by an incorrect inactivity configuration under:

Configuration -> Camera-> PTZ Settings -> Inactivity
If the inactivity action is set to Pre-position 1, the camera exits the tour after Intelligent Tracking is completed and goes to Preposition 1.
If the inactivity action is set to Previous AUX, the camera returns to previous activity (the last active AUX command) and automatically resumes the preset tour once the Intelligent Tracking event is completed.
