According to the manual, this issue occurs due to the presence of the 6-pin connector P106 which is located inside the power supply box. The connector should be removed to ensure proper connection to the camera.

Note: Before removing the pin connector, turn off the power to the VG4 power supply box and remove its cover.

Additionally, keep in mind that the fiber convertor does not support PoE and you need to have the camera powered with additional supply.
