What to do if an unexpected error occurs in BVMS 12.2 Operator Client?
Question
What to do if an unexpected error occurs in BVMS 12.2 Operator Client?
Answer
If the Operator Client crashes and the following error message appears, apply the BVMS 12.2 Cumulative Patch 10 to resolve the issue.
According to the ‘ReadMe’ file, this patch contains a fix that prevents the Operator Client from crashing. This patch fixes “Issue 464745 caused the Operator Client to crash.”
Error message:
“Operator Client currently restarting...
An unexpected error occurred, collecting information...
A dump fie was configured but has not been created after 60 seconds!
(maybe a further dump is being generated with another tool as the standard one)”
