Before starting the cleaning process, please follow these recommendations:

• Power off the camera

• Remove the dome bubble indoors, where the humidity level is lower than outside.

• Use a soft cloth to avoid scratching or damaging the dome bubble

• Ensure that the camera receives enough power to support the heaters. The main purpose of the heaters is anti-condensation and anti-fog protection, ensuring clear image quality and reliable operation.

  For pendant models used in outdoor applications that require heaters, a 60 W Bosch midspan or a 60 W switch is required to power both the camera and its internal heaters.
