What to do if the software order ID cannot be claimed?
Answer
When trying to claim a new software order ID in Remote Portal, you may receive the error message: “Insert a valid Software Order ID”.
Even if the software order ID is valid, the error may be caused by the following typing mistakes:

ensure there are no spaces before or after the software order ID

use only lowercase letters for the software order ID, as the uppercase letters are not recognized
Make sure to correct these and try again.
