Why DINION 5100i IR cannot be added in BVMS v11.0?

The DINION 5100i IR camera cannot be added in BVMS 11.0 due to incompatibility issues.
BVMS 11.0 was released in 2021, while these DINION 5100i camera was launched in February 2024 - more than 2 years apart from BVMS version. For differences higher than 2 years, compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
Furthermore, the BVMS 11.0 Release Notes (page 7) confirm that cameras with CPP14 platform (such as the DINION 5100i) are not listed as being compatible for this BVMS version.
However, as a workaround, it is possible to manually add the camera in BVMS 11.0 as Bosch ONVIF Encoder.
The recommended solution is to upgrade BVMS to a version that officially supports CPP14 cameras (e.g., BVMS 13.0).
