Why does the image of FLEXIDOME micro 3100i show a pink tint/line or double glitching image?

Answer

This issue can occur when HDR is enabled. To resolve it, please check if the problem disappears after switching HDR off → the pink line may briefly appear while toggling HDR.
If the issue persist and given that this Firmware 9.00.0210 is old and troubleshooting cannot be guaranteed by Technical Support, we recommend you to upgrade the firmware (FW) of your device to the latest version available in the Download Area.
