Why does the Intelligent Person tracking can be started, but no detection is coming from any camera in BVMS v14.0 Operator Client? (even though person is clearly visible there)

The potential causes could be related to:

Snapshot extraction not configured properly for cameras

Metadata service not available or not configured properly
Therefore, please make sure that:

Snapshot extraction is configured for the camera (in Metadata tab of VCA configuration)

Metadata service is up and running. Make sure cameras are properly position on a map and Object tracking is enabled for those cameras
