Why is there no IVA Pro version available in VCA menu from Configuration Manager for my CPP 14 camera?

The Intelligent Video Analytics (IVA) webpage provides details on each IVA Pro solution, including IVA Pro Perimeter, Traffic, Intelligent Tracking, Visual Gun Detection, Appearance, Personal Protective Equipment, and more.

For several cameras compatible with IVA Pro, the datasheet mentions that IVA Pro Buildings, IVA Pro Perimeter, and Intelligent Audio Analytics are built-in by default. However, you might find that only MOTION+ and IVA Standard options are available in the VCA settings within Configuration Manager, with no IVA Pro version listed, even if the product page indicates it should be included.

This usually happens because certain requirements have not been met:

Firmware version: Cameras must run at least firmware 8.47 (for CPP13) or 9.40 (for CPP14), or the latest available firmware from the Download Area.
Configuration Manager: Use the latest version of Configuration Manager available from the Download Area.

For example, if your CPP14 camera is running firmware version 9.10.0192 with the latest Configuration Manager, the IVA Pro option may still not appear in the VCA menu.
In this case, upgrading your camera firmware to the latest version is necessary.
